Dancing With The Stars Recap | Week 8

Dylan’s dance felt low energy. He looked a bit stiff in his upper body, but as Bruno said, the abs… absolutely fabulous!

Alix is definitely entertaining to watch and deserves to be in the top 3. While I do believe past dances have been stronger (see Disney Night) she knows how to play a character!

Andy you sweet angel! His crying made me cry. If this competition goes to the celebrity who has everyone’s hearts, he’s got the mirror ball trophy in the bag.

To all the Whitney haters, do you not like joy? She is one of the most entertaining dancers to watch. I quite literally cannot look away when she dances. She is a powerful dancer and I love it! Carrie Anne getting hate, while I do not condone it, I understand it. Whitney? I’ll never hate you!

For Danielle to get eliminated on her best dance is absolutely insane! But, if it wasn’t her then it should have been Dylan. The competition is obviously getting more intense and the decision on who should go is more difficult week by week. (I say this with the mindset that Andy is like Matt Donovan from TVD and will never perish).

Elaine’s dance was beautiful. She has improved greatly, especially after being injured last week. For my book girlies, it was kind of giving Elain from ACOTAR. Also, I hope to age as beautifully as she is. Amazing!

Jordan’s BEST DANCE EVER! OBSESSED! HELL YEAH! She deserved 10s across the board. Derek and Bruno, come on!!!!

Robert is so pure and I love everything about him. He is the golden retrievers of golden retrievers. He was a DANCER this week! He was giving leading man! That was OUT OF THIS WORLD! His best dance to date!!!! He should have had 10s across the board, if only for his ability to hype everyone up around him.

Watching the pros dance was and is mesmerizing and always entertaining.

Now onto the Group Dances:

Team Chicago

Killed it! Alfonso, love you! Danielle does move softer than the other women in her group which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it just makes her stick out within this group. I would say the same for Dylan respectively. Also, did you SEE Danielle’s biceps!? Girl I am jealous!!

Team Cool

Watching Julianne dance evokes nothing but awe. Team Cool’s fun energy in rehearsal was everything. I’m here for the vibes for sure. My vote goes to Team Chicago for power and Team Cool for giving everyone a good time.

And also, let’s give it up for Bruno and Derek. I love their energy and appreciate their critiques! Lastly, Flavor Flav… definitely a character HAHA! He brought the comedic relief we all needed.
